Mayaqua/Network.c: improve RecvFrom() and RecvFrom6()

This commit improves the RecvFrom() and RecvFrom6() functions by:
- Using the right data type for the struct size variable passed to recvfrom().
- Improving the arguments validation mechanism.
- Printing unhandled errors.
