Add macro to disable thread sanitizer

Browse Source 
Define ATTRIBUTE_NO_TSAN as __attribute__((no_sanitize(\"thread\")))
when building with thread sanitizer enabled. Falls back to empty
definition when thread sanitizer is not active or not supported
compiler.
